Nina Lee is the owner and founder of Extra Silky, established in 2017. With 20 years of experience in the hair industry, she has an incredibly vast knowledge of colouring, cutting, styling and editorial hair. Nina’s signature style draws on her love of nature and people, as well as the personal style of the individual. Nina works very closely with your face shape and natural texture, to achieve looks that work at every stage of the hair cut or colour, no matter how high or low maintenance you are. She believes that hair is someone’s best accessory because we wear it every day, so it better look amazing!

EMMA
Emma is THE colour transformation specialist. She has over 15 years of hair experience, starting in the UK and has been in Sydney since 2020. She loves all things creative colour and everything in between. She will take you on a hair journey and nail your multi toned, bright colour blocks then have no trouble taking you all over white blonde and then all the way back to your natural colour. Her way of setting realistic expectations and goals with her clients is amazing, and she loves to take on a challenge to get you your dream hair.

Odesa is the absolute master of all things cuts and styling! If you are lucky enough to be touched by her scissors, you will know she will get you to your dream hair. Over a decade of experience on salon floors all over Sydney, it’s no wonder why there is absolutely no style she can’t slay. She is fantastic during consultation and will expertly recommend home care products to suit your hair texture. She is always making her clients smile when they are finished, double taking at themselves in the mirror before leaving.
